The Wheel: Nearly every creature we make begins life on the wheel. The fish, orcas, puffins, and dog boxes are essentially small vases that have been pushed and pulled to create a distinctive face.

Our wheel has been modified to allow us to stand while throwing. We're too old to sit hunched over our work!

One of two Slab rollers: Our studio is small enough that every flat surface has multiple uses. We use the slabrollers for packaging, recycling clay, and for handbuilding.

The normal clutter: Ware carts, extruders, glaze buckets, bisque all seem to fight for space. It never looks any better than this! Extruder
Glaze Cart: We squeeze several work carts into our 720 sq. ft. shop. Here, we're using one as a glazing table. We roll it away when using the extruder. Glaxe cart
